New central hub for spare parts to further improve our service level

To properly serve our customers, the company needs to grow faster than the market.
We know that many of our customers select our equipment based not just on the machine's features, but also on Vianord’s ability to provide top-quality after sales service and spare parts.
Vianord leadership recognises that it is critical to keep improving to offer the highest level of service to our customers, while anticipating any possible future issue.
To move in this direction Vianord has just signed a contact with TAU Service in Italy to outsource the logistics elements of the spare parts delivery.
For your information, TAU is the company that, since ever, is suppling Vianord with most parts and components we need in production to assemble our machines. It is a trusted partner and an excellence in its sector.
Through this deal, in effect starting January 1st 2023, Vianord has just added state of the art warehousing next to the International Airport Milano Malpensa in Italy which will serve as central hub for delivery of spare parts around the globe.
Such move will allow Vianord’s customers to rely on an expanded spare parts storage, and a perfectly located distribution facilities.
A couple of years back Vianord invested a lot of time developing a comprehensive web-based system under the vianord.com domain to allow our customers to identify and request spare parts (https://vianord.com/spare-parts.html) in proper and safe way.
If the people in your organization were already following the correct procedure to request parts, they will continue to do the same and the request will be processed by TAU; It will all just be seamless for them. If instead, they were taking “shortcuts” to order their parts, we now ask you to adhere to our official process.
