Washout Brush

Rotary washout brushes composed of a single spiral of filaments locked onto a cylindrical support. Washout brushes remove from the surface of a photopolymer plate the unhardened material (i.e., the monomer) by means of a mechanical effect (abrasion) caused by the bristles of the brushes when they get in contact with the surface of the photopolymer plate at a certain pressure.
