Silent bloc 

The silent block takes its name from the SILENTBLOC® trademark of the company Paulstra. In essence, it is a bushing made of rubber and a rubber bushing is a type of vibration isolator. It provides an interface between two parts, damping the energy transmitted through the bushing.
